Hello. My name is Joana, I am a mature Catalan stewardess and there is something I have learned based on experiences and what I want to pass on. That something is the following: life is very simple and can be, at times, absolutely wonderful. How? Following some principles that I have always tried to follow in my day to day and that speak of being respectful and polite with others, sweet and affectionate, affable in dealings, empathetic and with the right pinch of passion and madness that serve to venture along new paths together with people we just met.
