Taking care of our body is the best way to honor who we are. I do it daily and my body thanks me. He is always active and is always ready for new adventures. I let him do it, but always guided by the hand of what I think are my best virtues: gentleness, the respect with which I treat others, passion, closeness, naturalness, friendliness...
